Dr. Wright has been in the private practice of oral and maxillofacial surgery since 1986 when he joined Kasper, Heaton, Wright and Associates. He is also involved in resident training at the Loyola University School of Medicine where he is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery. Dr. Wright practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and particularly enjoys orthognathic surgery and the treatment, primarily non-surgical, of TMJ problems.Dr. Wright completed residency training having finished programs in both oral and maxillofacial surgery and anesthesiology at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Wright received his D.D.S., with distinction, from the University of Missouri-Kansas School of Dentistry in 1982. While at UMKC, he was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honor society for dentistry. Dr. Wright received certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1988. He is currently serving on the Boards of the Chicago Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Englewood Branch of the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and many weekends finds himself running from one child's activity to another. He enjoys attempting to stay in shape and participates in golf, tennis, and snow skiing. Home Page |
